Description
Aquamarine is a very popular colour of seaglass. This piece has a wonderful depth to it and undulating edge. The surface of the glass contains the typical ‘c’ feature found on genuine seaglass that has been tumbled in the ocean. This piece was found on Apple Tree Bay, Tresco on the Isles of Scilly.
The seaglass measures approximately 20mm tall and 14mm wide, set in recycled silver with a silver chain.
Apple Tree Bay is a stunning stretch of sand near the low-tide ferry landing on Tresco. The island is known for its tropical Abbey Gardens and white sandy beaches. You can also find old forts, ancient settlements, a lake which attracts migrating birds and glorious views across to the other islands.
This piece is available on a range of chain lengths. If you are unsure of which to choose, please look at the guide in the FAQ’s. Longer chains are priced slightly differently – these are shown when changing the chain length in the chain length option.
All Porth seaglass necklaces are beautifully packaged in a grey box, with the Porth logo printed in turquoise on top. Each piece of jewellery also comes with a care sheet and a small map showing where it was beach-combed for provenance. Perfect for a special gift.
