Description
A gorgeous piece of Cornish seaglass, beautiful smoothed by the ocean. The surface texture shows the classic ‘C” marks of a piece that has been tumbled against pebbles on the beach. A beautiful colour that changes in different light; the shape of this piece has been kept as it was found.
The seaglass measures approximately 12mm tall and 10mm wide, set in recycled silver with a silver chain. A dainty piece for everyday wear.
Porthmeor Beach in St Ives is a popular spot for surfers and is lifeguarded in the warmer months. The colours here are incredible which has, historically, attracted many artists to the town and the Tate Gallery now sits proudly behind the beach.
