Soft Pink Seaglass Pendant – Charlestown

Description

Soft pink seaglass is rare!  This gorgeous piece has been set on a larger piece of sterling silver, finished with a sparkly brushed texture.  A textured semi-circle and jump ring add the piece to a silver belcher chain.  The seaglass was beach combed in Charlestown Harbour.

The seaglass measures approximately 13 x 7 mm and the pendant is 21 x 10 mm.

Charlestown was once a thriving port, exporting copper and china clay from the County around the world.  Today the harbour is still lined with Fishermans cottages and is reguarly used as a film set.  You may recognise it from Poldark, Dr Who, Bait or Alice in Wonderland.
