Pale Mauve Seaglass Granite Pendant – Pentewan

Description

Pale Mauve seaglass is quite rare and highly sort-after.   This piece of Cornish seaglass was beach combed from Pentewan Beach. Set on a sterling silver frame the silver has been hammered with a round hammered effect to reflect the light and make it sparkle.  A textured semi-circle and two jump rings add the piece to a silver belcher chain.

The seaglass measures approximately 13 x 9 mm and the pendant is 22 x 16 mm.

Pentewan Beach is situated within St Austell Bay between the towns of Mevagissey and St Austell.  It is popular with water sports and a caravan park sites just behind the beach.
