Description
Come and have a go at making your own silver jewellery. Chose from either creating your one set of three stacking rings or a charm bangle. Workshops rare held in a studio in Falmouth. We can take groups of 6 and you take home your new jewellery to treasure and show off to your friends and family.
The workshop is designed for you to make three stacking rings up to 2.3mm wide each. Various upgrades can be chosen on the day with an additional cost at that says bullion rates. Options include:
- Wider ring band (4mm)
- Thin Bangle (2mm round wire) with handmade charms
- Wide Bangle (4mm rectangular wire) with handmade charms
- Gift Boxes
** Please note, if you wish to upgrade to a bangle or wider ring bands the extra silver will be charged at the end of the workshop at that days bullion price. Your final piece will be weighed and calculated accordingly. This is due to the increasing silver prices. You can see guide prices here in the FAQ’s.
Stacking RIngs:
During the workshop you will be taught how to size ring bands; saw, file and solder; shape your rings and finally add texture. Your rings will then be polished whist you enjoy a drink. There will be a range of silver wires to choose from including beaded wire. The widest band you can make in this session will be 2.3mm wide unless you wish to upgrade. There are now over 12 designs to choose to make.
If you would like to make the rings for someone else, you will need to know their ring size before you arrive.
Bangle:
You will be taught how to make a textured sterling silver bangle with handmade silver charms. Within the session you should be able to make more than one charm depending on the complexity of your chosen design. Everything will be made by hand with no pre-bought pieces.
You can choose between a 2mm round wire or 4mm rectangular wire for your bangle. To get an idea of additional silver cost for this optional extra you can visit the FAQ page.
If you would like to make the bangle for someone else, you will need to know their size before you arrive.

**This workshop will run with a minimum of 3 people. If you have purchased a date and there are no other bookings you will be contacted and offered another date or refund.
